Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing patient care and conducting diagnostic evaluations.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
- Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with special needs

Requirements:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with special education practices
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Strong diagnostic evaluation skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week

• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
